What We're Working On Right Now
1830's Farmhouse!
Roof Opened Up
Full Length Dormer Added
Stripped Wall for New Bay Window
New Bay Window Installed
Small Cathedral Room Prepped for Spray Foam
Open Concept Kitchen/Dining Area Framed
Over the past handful of months we've been bringing back to life a 1830's home! Old homes take an absolute commitment to details - and a creative ability to bring the old back into current day standards, without losing the character.
Reasons to bring an old house back to life:
1. Avoid costly and time consuming town zoning boards.
2. Live in Historical District and you have to.
3. You just enjoy preserving and enjoying the history of the homes as much as we do.

Job Notes:
-Essentially we ended up framing a new house inside of the old house.
-Added a full length dormer on the driveway side second story.
-Insulated
-Plastered
-Old stone foundation restoration
-Added bay window and front entry overhang
And now it's starting to look like something. *Bathrooms, kitchen, and other finished pics to come soon.
